Trayfeeder

Our developed trayfeeder can be used for many applications and products. For trays composed of metal or plastic, for sorted feeding
of fragile parts and components to assure a safe assembly.

The work pieces are always available at the correct time in the desired orientation, quantity and quality of the given position. At the same time the complex sorting and adjustment of the work pieces are displaced
to outside of the assembly process and therefore production is accelerated.

The charge carriers are equipped with assembly parts that are introduced as a batch into the plant. Depending on the application,
they are then transported inside via a short conveyor belt they are gripped positvely or by means of a vacuum suction cup and then individually released. The carrier proceeds forward to the unloading station and is positioned over a horizontal axle. A robot then removes
the parts and transfers it into the assembly line.

The empty carrier is removed after it is unload and is again stacked in the palettiser at a second parking space. Separate positions for the removal of parts and the support exchange ensure that the work area
of the robot remains uninfluenced by the actual exchange.

Typical operational areas of the pallet alternating system are the
small or individual part assembly and palletizing high-quality
construction units at plastic injection moulding machine and machine tools. Depending upon procedure, the robot unloads or load the
provided charge carriers.

The Trayfeeder, which we offer in 3 variants (i. e. 360, 540 and
800 mm breadth) is versatile and quickly adapts to new products. Product specific charge carriers grabs the construction units properly - up to a total weight of 20 kg. The supply technology was designed for trays up to a seize of 400 mm of length, 600 mm breadth and 70 mm height. The selection of carrier systems of different sizes makes it possible for the productions plants to achieve an optimal extent of utilization of their plants.
